On top of this you will find all sorts of conflicting information and advice that goes against your natural parenting instincts. I am here to provide evidence-based sleep support and guidance

Health visitors are midwives or nurses (as in my case!) who have gone on to do extra studying in evidence-based health for families and children aged 0-5 years. I have taken this specialist studying up to master’s level achieving an MSc in specialist community public health nursing (health visiting).

A sleep coach empowers families with gentle evidence-based strategies and sleep support. My approach takes into account your little one’s developmental stage, sleep biology, temperament and psychological needs as well as your priorities and parenting style to get everyone a good night’s sleep.

If, after your free 15 minute introductory phone call, you decide you would like to work with me, I will book you in for a consultation. I will then send you a short questionnaire and sleep diary to complete. This diary gives me really useful information to assess your sleep situation holistically. It’s straightforward to fill in and you can dip in and out of it.

Once this is complete we can organise a video or telephone consultation at your convenience. We will go over your information and begin to map an approach tailored to your and your family.

I will then draw everything together and send you a personalised sleep support plan.

We will arrange follow-up and ongoing support dependent on the care package you have chosen.
