For many families sleep is a huge source of anxiety. Many parents question their decisions and parenting abilities if their babies don’t sleep on schedule or through the night. This might be made worse by advice from well-meaning but ill-informed family members, something read online or even a friend’s baby miraculously sleeping through the night.

What to expect working with me ?

Step 1

Book a free, 15-minute phone consult here.

Step 2

If, after your free 15 minute introductory phone call, you decide you would like to work with me, I will book you in for a full consultation. I will then send you a short questionnaire and sleep diary to complete. 

Step 3

Once you’ve completed the sleep diary I’m able to assess your sleep situation holistically. From here I’ll be able to tailor a plan or recommend a package to best suit your needs.

This consultation is for new or expectant parents. It will support you to adjust to life with a newborn baby. It can be tailored to your needs and particular concerns. Popular discussion points are feeding; safe-sleep; normal infant sleep; attachment and bonding as well as self-care for new parents.

This is the most popular package for those who would like full support with your baby or toddler’s sleep. It begins with an in-depth and holistic look at where things are now, followed by exploring and implementing gentle sleep strategies that are guided by your intuition and evidence-based approaches that will optimise your child’s development and parent-child attachment.

Hi, I'm Anna

Every family deserves non-judgemental advice and support based on the best-available evidence. I provide families responsive and holistic sleep solutions without leaving anyone to cry alone.

 I am a UK registered nurse and health visitor. After qualifying as a nurse almost a decade ago, I worked in a variety of settings before settling for my true passion: Supporting the health and wellbeing of families. I therefore trained as a health visitor up to master’s degree level. I love empowering  families with information and support as well as offering a non-judgemental listening ear.

Frequently Asked Questions

Health visitors are midwives or nurses (as in my case!) who have gone on to do extra studying in evidence-based health for families and children aged 0-5 years. I have taken this specialist studying up to master’s level achieving an MSc in specialist community public health nursing (health visiting).

A sleep coach empowers families with gentle evidence-based strategies. My approach takes into account your little one’s developmental stage, sleep biology, temperament and psychological needs as well as your priorities and parenting style to get everyone a good night’s sleep.

Once this is complete we can organise a video or telephone consultation at your convenience. We will go over your information and begin to map an approach tailored to your and your family.

I will then draw everything together and send you a personalised sleep support plan.

We will arrange follow-up and ongoing support dependent on the care package you have chosen.
