The transition to parenthood can be incredibly rewarding. It can also be very confusing and difficult, made worse because you’re sleep deprived and exhausted. On top of this you will find all sorts of conflicting information and advice that goes against your natural parenting instincts. I am here to provide evidence-based sleep support and guidance
I offer evidence-based advice and sleep support that will complement your parenting values so that you can continue to nurture and bond with your little one. There are no one-size-fits all solutions. I will offer you a tailored advice and support service that works for you, your child and your family.
“Anna is wonderful! I’m a new mum and Anna’s support has been amazing to have. She’s given me great advice and tips. I’m not sure how I would have done it without her! I recommend her to everyone.”
“Anna stopped my Googling at 3 a.m. Thank goodness. She was kind, knowledgeable and always provided evidence to support her gentle guidance. No pressure at all. The result – a reassured less stressed mum and happier baby. Phew. “
“Having a newborn is overwhelming. Anna’s kind and gentle advice was exactly what I needed. Anna’s is a reassuring presence who I shall continue to go to for support.”

If, after your free 15 minute introductory phone call, you decide you would like to work with me, I will book you in for a consultation. I will then send you a short questionnaire and sleep diary to complete. This diary gives me really useful information to assess your sleep situation holistically. It’s straightforward to fill in and you can dip in and out of it.
Once this is complete we can organise a video or telephone consultation at your convenience. We will go over your information and begin to map an approach tailored to your and your family.
I will then draw everything together and send you a personalised sleep support plan.
We will arrange follow-up and ongoing support dependent on the care package you have chosen.
