About Anna
As a registered nurse and mother myself, my mission is to empower parents with the knowledge, confidence, and support to build strong, nurturing bonds with their babies, the gentle way.

I'm so glad you're here...
A little about me
Hi, I’m Anna Bracher, a registered nurse, health visitor, IBCLC lactation consultant, infant feeding coach, and holistic sleep consultant. With a Master’s degree (MSc) in Specialist Community Public Health Nursing, I’ve dedicated my career to becoming an expert in infant and child development. My goal is to combine holistic knowledge with evidence-based care to provide parents with the guidance and support they need during this transformative time.
But beyond my qualifications, I’m also a mother—the greatest education of all. I truly understand the emotional, physical, and mental demands of parenthood, and I’m here to help you navigate this journey with confidence and reassurance.

Evidence-Based & Compassionate
I believe that nurturing, responsive parenting is the key to helping babies thrive. When babies feel safe, loved, and understood, they develop a strong foundation for emotional well-being. My approach is always gentle, research-backed, and tailored to your unique family’s needs. Whether you’re struggling with breastfeeding, baby sleep, introducing solids, or simply adjusting to life with a newborn, I’m here to offer practical guidance, reassurance, and expert advice.
In a world full of conflicting parenting advice, I want you to feel confident, supported, and empowered to parent in a way that aligns with your values. My support is always non-judgmental and compassionate—because every baby, and every family, is different.

If you’re looking for trusted, expert guidance in infant feeding, gentle sleep support, or early parenting, I’d love to help.

Why do I also offer online-courses?
Modern parenting comes with many challenges, and I know how difficult it can be to commit to scheduled sessions amidst the demands of daily life. That’s why I created my self-paced online courses—so you can learn at your own convenience, whenever and wherever it suits you.
With online access, you’re not limited by time zones or appointments. Whether you’re up for a midnight feed or squeezing in learning between naps, you’ll have expert guidance at your fingertips. Plus, my courses allow me to reach and support new parents worldwide, ensuring that every family, no matter where they are, can benefit from gentle, evidence-based parenting solutions.

My dream for parents...
I know firsthand how overwhelming parenthood can be, especially with so much conflicting advice. That’s why I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where parents can trust their instincts, find reassurance, and feel truly seen and heard.
By supporting parents in nurturing their babies with confidence and love, I hope to contribute to a world where more children grow up feeling secure, connected, and emotionally strong—because these babies will one day be the adults shaping our future.

If, after your free 15 minute introductory phone call, you decide you would like to work with me, I will book you in for a consultation. I will then send you a short questionnaire and sleep diary to complete. This diary gives me really useful information to assess your sleep situation holistically. It’s straightforward to fill in and you can dip in and out of it.
Once this is complete we can organise a video or telephone consultation at your convenience. We will go over your information and begin to map an approach tailored to your and your family.
I will then draw everything together and send you a personalised sleep support plan.
We will arrange follow-up and ongoing support dependent on the care package you have chosen.
